Accessibility Statement

1. Our Commitment

Find Your Learning, LLC (FYL) wants FindYourLearning.community and its related website, map, directory, and community features (collectively, the Service) to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use assistive technology.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. FYL uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as a goal for design, testing, and improvement. This statement describes FYL's present approach and does not represent that every page or third-party feature conforms at all times.

2. Accessibility Practices

As the Service develops, FYL works to:

• provide text alternatives for meaningful images;
• support keyboard navigation and visible focus;
• use readable text, sufficient color contrast, and clear page structure;
• label controls, links, buttons, and form fields;
• provide useful error messages and instructions;
• test important paths, including registration, map search, Listings, reporting, and Support Payments; and
• consider accessibility when selecting and configuring third-party services.

3. Limitations and Third-Party Content

Some content is supplied by users or Providers, and some features rely on third parties such as maps, sign-in, payment, and linked websites. FYL may not control the accessibility of that content or technology. FYL nevertheless welcomes reports about barriers and will evaluate reasonable steps within its control.

4. Assistance and Alternate Access

If a disability-related barrier prevents you from accessing information or using a feature, email support@findyourlearning.community. FYL will review the request and, when reasonably practicable, provide the information or service through an accessible alternative while the barrier is evaluated.

To help FYL respond, include the page or feature, a description of the problem, the browser or assistive technology used if relevant, and your preferred contact method. Do not include sensitive information that is not needed to address the request. FYL will acknowledge and respond as reasonably practicable, taking into account severity, complexity, available technology, and resources.
