Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies only to voluntary, one-time Support Payments made to Find Your Learning, LLC (FYL) through FindYourLearning.community. It does not apply to payments made directly to a Provider or other third party. FYL does not process those transactions.

Capitalized terms used but not defined in this document have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

2. Nature of a Support Payment

A Support Payment is optional support for FYL's operation. It does not purchase a good, service, subscription, membership, enhanced placement, tax deduction, charitable receipt, ownership interest, or influence over moderation. FYL is a limited liability company and is not representing a Support Payment as a charitable donation.

3. Refund Rule

Support Payments are final and non-refundable except when:

• FYL or its payment processor made a duplicate or other billing error;
• the payment was unauthorized and FYL determines a refund is appropriate after reasonable verification;
• FYL elects to issue a refund in its discretion; or
• applicable law requires a refund.

Nothing in this Policy limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

4. Requesting a Refund

Email support@findyourlearning.community promptly after discovering an issue. Include the Account or receipt email, approximate payment date, amount, and a description of the issue. Do not send a complete payment-card number or bank-account number.

FYL may request information reasonably necessary to locate the transaction, verify the requester, and prevent fraud.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. FYL will ordinarily initiate an approved refund within 10 business days after approval. The card issuer or financial institution controls when the credit appears and may require additional time.

6. Unauthorized Charges and Chargebacks

If you believe a payment method was used without permission, contact the card issuer or financial institution promptly in addition to contacting FYL. This Policy does not restrict chargeback rights or other rights provided by law, card-network rules, or the payment institution.
